Reservations can only be considered firm with 50% deposit of the total amount (sent by check, credit card or wire transfer). The deposit will be deducted in the end of your stay. After the deposit is paid, the reservation becomes valid only if you received a written confirmation by mail, e-mail message sent by Vignemale Hotel. The received confirmation guaranty your stay, if you have no written confirmation, you have no reservation.
CANCELATION POLICY :
For convenience, if you give your credit card detail to a Vignemale reservation operator, you allow us to take on your bank account in case of cancellation. (same for wire transfer or check)
50% of the first night if cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival
100% of the first night in case of no-show
100% of the whole period, whether or not your stay the whole period, if shorten stay is subject.
